We work with small growers, seeking out heirloom and traditional cider apple varieties, in order to construct ciders that reflect the great qualities of the fruit itself, and the simp

Nice little barrel collab with the kind folks over at Still Austin and Hotel Emma.  Walked Still's fantastic rickhouse - chose a couple of excellent barrels - one bourbon and one rye.  Aged a selected blended cider in the barrels for just under 10 months.  The result is pretty exceptional!  First dibs went to our Good Cider Club, but have a few bottles and a keg to tap down at the Taproom starting today.  Only available here and at Hotel Emma!
