We’re excited to welcome The Spoiled Pepper Farm to the Clay County Farmers Market this season! We love seeing local farms and small businesses bring fresh products, homemade goods, and Appalachian traditions to our community.

Here’s a little bit about them:

“Founded in 2022 by Halley Miller, The Spoiled Pepper Farm is a Kentucky & Appalachia Proud hobby farm nestled in Manchester, Kentucky. What started as a passion for simple country living has grown into a small farm focused on homegrown goodness, homemade treats, and community connection.

At The Spoiled Pepper Farm, we offer chicks, hatching eggs, fresh garden vegetables, and a variety of baked goods made with love. From artisan sourdough bread and gourmet cookies to brownies and cupcakes, there’s always something fresh in the kitchen. Our customer favorite is Grandma Barbara’s Molasses Cookies — a nostalgic family recipe that has quickly become a farm staple.

You can find us at the Clay County Community Farmers Market on Saturdays from June through October, or stop by our farm stand shed to shop local and support small farm living.”

Another cow born today! I was wrong the other day, or should I say my husband was wrong 🤣🤣It was Butter who gave birth on Mother's Day to her little baby boy, Nana(as in banana) and today I came home to Hot Sauce who gave birth to a little girl. I decided to name her Clarabelle 🐄
