Alright folks, the first round of stupid hot is ready. I'm mailing a sample to the customer in South Pittsburg who requested it made and will take on one local person to sample and give feedback prior to making a full batch. Message me if you want to have your going burned off.

I also have completed a small batch of my tried and true chipotle which has some heat but not too much plus the bonus of the smoky flavor. This is the wifes fav.

Same introductory pricing of $15 per quarter lb and a full lb for $48.I

For the new folks here a reminder that is is thin sliced, air dried beef the way cavemen did it. It is not cooked at high heat so it is softer but still has the jerky chew. The salt in the marinade and the moving air is what does the love.
