🌴 Vacation Notice 🌴

Platinum Whisk Pantry is taking a much-needed two-week vacation! Thank you so much to everyone who has supported my personal chef business—I truly appreciate each and every one of you.

I will be away for the next two weeks and will resume taking orders and preparing delicious homemade meals the week of August 17th.

🍞 First Attempt at Homemade Sourdough! 🍞

Every great baker starts somewhere, and I took on the challenge of making sourdough loaf!

It’s definitely a learning experience, but I’m so proud of how it turned out. Crispy golden crust, fresh from the oven, and made with patience (lots of patience! 😄).

One of the things I love most about cooking and baking is always learning something new. I’m excited to keep practicing and perfecting my sourdough skills so I can eventually offer even more homemade goodness through Platinum Whisk Pantry.
