Hot on the stand are several varieties of tomatoes, peppers, onions, zucchini, summer squash, cucumbers, kale, watermelon, and carrots!! .....
Video of carrot harvest from last night...garden carrots are the BEST, way sweeter than from the store! 👌👍...got cut off at the end by my little helpers.... what I wanted to finish saying was that I scrub my carrots to get the excess dirt off them, however I do not peel them before eating because the little bit of dirt left on them is great for gut health....Remember the saying “it’s good for your kids to eat dirt?”

Done with the scape...now on to the bulb. We will dry these for about 3 weeks then they will be ready to sell or store for later use 😁
