Galloni Prosciutto 18-20, 30 month and our Mattonella (pressed brick) are all certified Celiac Safe, Gluten-Free, Naturally.
Salt, Time and Air are all that are used with the pure legs of the lovely 🐖.
Simply one of the best treats for us all, by far the best and healthiest meat in our deli.

Richard's passion for wine was ignited in 2017 when he embarked on a transformative journey to Burgundy France. Immersed in the prestigious wine region, he honed his skills while working at Domaine Roulot in Meursault and Maison Champy in Beaune.
