Been making my own spicy bacon at home using uncured slabs and spices from our shelves. Trying to get a nice heat, sweet and palatable flavor.
Went big with this spice and nailed it. Try for yourself and elevate your bacon game.

What’s it really like to be a Cheesemonger? Apply for the job and find out. We need more cheese people. One of the perks is finding a cheese you’ve not heard of from a customer who just returned from abroad or whose grandmother used to always have it. Like this Pecorino Sardo we just landed by request, and it’s so stinkin’ good, we think y’all like it and we can call it a keeper. What a delicious cheese this is. Pair it with a prosecco and ooof 🫦
