Wow, aren’t y’all loving on these so much?
We made a few more overnight and the freezer was full up when we opened. Probably make a few more today for the weekend.
We are looking for other cookies to use also and other cannoli fillings.

Lemon Shortbread Cannoliwich: Just 2 delicious lemon short cookies overfilled with our scrumptious cannoli filling and rolled in the cutest little chocolate chips.
