Year 7 (if you can believe it!) is now available! East meets West Coast in this bright, 7% NE IPA. Featuring Zumo, the new kid on the block from Yakima Valley’s Segal Ranch, and Cascade- specifically, our preferred variation of a tried and true classic grown by Champlain Valley Hops in Starksboro, VT.

Zumo leads with a limey, acidic, citrus punch, followed by a fuller, almost savory tapestry of cantaloupe, grapefruit, and berry. Background floral and pine notes are present as well.

Available today on draft and in cans!

This Saturday, August 22nd we will be partying all day with Silk City Fest. For every Year 7 draft purchase, you will be entered into a raffle to win free AirPods & other prizes!

Elvina is my favorite creation to date- a low alcohol, mixed fermentation table beer, aged in Chardonnay barrels. It's delicate, unique, and expressive.

I've intended to make this recipe for some time now, and I'm exceptionally pleased with the result. The bottles are sized to share- that, too, was intentional.

Elvina was my great-grandmother, who I was fortunate enough to know for many years. We'd visit her on Sundays, and my parents made sure that my siblings and I sat quietly, listened to her stories, and were present with this beautiful, gentle soul.

More than a maternal figure, Elvina was my final, fleeting opportunity to hear of life far before my time; a teenager in the depression; a young mother and worker on the home front during WWII; a grandmother to five; a great grand-mother to eight.

Elvina- this silly beer, and its beautiful name- is a reminder to listen to the stories while we still can.
