Deb and I are selling halve and whole lambs once again. Lamb is packaged, frozen and ready to use. These "Lambs" are 16 months old and fully grown, pasture fed and treated with love. Churros take a full year+ to mature.

Halves and Wholes: a selection of chops, roasts, and leg including some ground and/or stew meat and misc. cuts. You get to pick the cuts you want. Sold at $12/lb. Packaged weight for a half lamb is 15 to 20 lb. (note; its hard to guess what they weigh!)

for example, if you ordered a half, your cost would be sum of packaged weights x 12. (approximately 18 = $216.00)
Ready for delivery/ pickup about November 1st.

Call Peter at 970-749-2493. Hurry, it won't last long!
