The attorney representing Rancher’s Rights Initiative, Robby Dube, Eckland & Blando, has taken down another Chinese company. Gotion Inc., a subsidiary of a Chinese Communist Party under investigation for using slave labor, sued Green Charter Township, Michigan, after its newly elected officials voiced concerns about Gotion’s planned state-subsidized lithium battery plant. After Dube defended the Town in the Sixth Circuit, this week the Michigan Strategic Fund declared that Gotion had abandoned the property in Michigan.
Dube and his team also successfully litigated a case against China-based FuFeng from building a corn milling plant in Grand Forks, ND about 12 miles from Grand Forks Air Force Base. He has an ongoing case against Gotion in Illinois.
Robby is deeply experienced with pursuing claims against all levels of government and is a passionate constitutional law litigator, having successfully represented citizens and citizen groups across the country whenever the government has tried to take away their rights. He has engaged in significant Administrative Procedures Act challenges against states and the federal government at the district court and circuit court levels.

Graner Angus Ranch will be selling 100 700lb Angus and F1 cross calves on January 15th at Kist Livestock Auction, Mandan, North Dakota. Contact Jerry Kist 701-471-4450 or Kenny Graner 701-471-8879 for more information. Calves had a full round of shots in May and another round at weaning. Calves were weaned Nov. 23rd.
No implants and no antibiotics after weaning were used. All calves are extremely healthy.
