🌵PLOT TWIST: DragonFruit are actually Cactus🌵

Did you know?! Dragon fruit comes from several different species of cactus! They can handle heat and dry conditions like a champ, which is one of the reasons they thrive so well here!

Just like other cacti, dragon fruit plants conserve water in their thick stems. They also develop aerial roots that help them grip onto and climb vertical supports—which you can see in this photo! 👀
