40 pounds of ground beef (2 lb. pckgs)
12 packages of cube steak (2 per pckg)

1 brisket
6 New York strip steaks
6 ribeye steaks
4 tenderloin fillet
1 arm roast
1 eye of round roast
1 skirt steak
1 package of stew meat
2 sirloin tip steaks
3 packages of short ribs
4 packages of chuck steaks
