Brite Buy Wines, on Franklin at the corner of Franklin Place, is moving down the street to a new space at 90 Franklin, on the corner with Church — the former Sweaty Betty space. The target date is Friday, said owner Doñna Pabst.

Summer Cocktails: 🍸Fishers Island Lemonade! 🍸
☀️We are giving a shout-out to this Long Island based, award winning, female owned business! ☀️
Premium vodka, barrel-aged whiskey, lemon and honey are the ingredients of the original Fishers Island Lemonade. The company has also introduced new items such as FIL Spiked Tea and FIL Pink Flamingo!🦩
The Fishers craft cocktails are ready to drink; chill, pour over ice, add a lemon slice or mint leaf and enjoy! (they can also be used to mix and create new twists to classic cocktails.)

Summer Cocktails: 🍸Peach Bellini!🍸
With plenty of ripe peaches in season this is another refreshing classic cocktail. Great for weekend brunch or dinner aperitif.
The Bellini has a romantic story going back to Venice, ca 1948, created by non other than Giuseppe Cipriani, founder of “Harry’s Bar”. (Frequented by Humphrey Bogart and Ernest Hemingway according to Eataly Magazine)
The drink was originally made with white peaches, but yellow peaches are perfectly fine to use. Many recipes have added sugar, or lemon, mostly depending on the sweetness of the peaches - and your preference. (Raspberries are also known to be mixed in)
The puree and the serving glass should be chilled when served.

To make the peach puree:
- 4 medium peaches, peeled and quartered
Options to add:
- 1 tsp lemon juice, or to taste
- 1/2 tbsp sugar of 1 1/2 tbsp simple syrup, or to taste
- ice cubes
Add all to a blender and mix.

The Cocktail:
1/4 cup Peach puree
1/2 cup Prosecco
Pour the peach puree and top with Prosecco.

Summer Cocktails :🍸 Espresso Martini🍸
A popular way to start an evening, or perhaps serve at the end of a dinner paired with a rich chocolate dessert.
OR perhaps for brunch: Although the classic is served in a martini glass, a more casual option with added ice cubes makes an "iced espresso martini" version perfect for a weekend brunch.

To make the cocktail:
1 1/2 fl oz vodka - pick your fave!
1 fl oz of espresso coffee ( there is a dispute whether to chill the coffee first, or mix in hot. Main thing is that it should be freshly brewed, pref from an expresso machine or pod)
1/2 fl oz coffee liqueur ( usually Khalua)

Different recepies calls for simple syrup to sweeten or lemon zest or salt to enhance flavors. As with any cocktail you make at home, tasting and finding your preffered mix makes it your own signature.
BTW, the 3 coffee beans usually added to this cocktail is taken from the Italian Sambuca drinks, representing "Health, Wealth and Happiness"

Summer Cocktails: 🍸Watermelon and Vodka!🍸
With watermelon in season, this refreshing drink is easy to make, and perfect for a warm summer afternoon!

- add watermelon chunks to a blender and strain. (2 cups of cubed fruit yields about 1 cup juice)
- add 1 tbsp lime juice
- add 1 tbsp agave or other sweet syrup
mix ingredients, and taste to find your perfect balance of flavours.

- pour your favorite vodka and mix with the juice.
(approx 3 oz vodka pr 1 cup watermelon juice)

Add ice cubes and garnish with slices of watermelon or lime -enjoy!😀🌸
