You know it is serious when our main dog Apollo promotes the Chili Cook Off to raise funds for Special Olympics Illinois and Project Fire Buddies. It is free enter, it is free to come taste the Chili. Fire Chief Malone and Police Chief Wold hope you can come out on Sunday 2/18, try some chili, get something to drink, and help support these two great charities. Apollo may stop by for a visit! We have 50 10” personal pizzas ready to roll tomorrow. The weather is going to cooperate with us tomorrow so we will be outside. A new thing this year. We have my Italian beef to put on pizzas. I made a small roast as a trial run. I hope to see everyone there at Gallagher’s Pub 12:00. Sunday Funday!!

Hello everyone it’s been awhile. It’s been a hectic year. I retired from my main job and started a new one that will give more time to make pizzas. I will be testing a new pizza oven soon to see if I can crank out more pizzas at a faster time and keeping the same quality. I will keep all of you updated on what is going on. Thanks

Alright!! Now that the weather is starting to break. Who is ready for some wood fired pizzas!? We will be out very soon keep a eye out for our next Sunday Funday at Gallagher’s Pub! I will be at Bothwell farms this year also on Saturdays. TBA
