We have been informed of another Nelson's Poultry Farms company in Kansas that has a page selling baby chicks, pullets, ducks, roosters, etc. They claim they will ship them to you. But then you will never receive them. We believe this company is a scam. We are not affiliated with them at all. We do not sell our product to the public. We are a commercial pullet grower and only sell chicks and pullets to our customers. If you come across this page, and they won't provide their address or phone number and the only communication is through messenger, then it's probably a scam. This is a link to what their page looks like.

We seem to be getting a lot of phone calls lately asking if we sell pullets/hens. To try and curb some of these phone calls, we thought we'd share some information regarding this on our page. We are a commercial hatchery and pullet grower. This means we hatch chicks and grow pullets on a commercial scale (tens of thousands) for our customers who place orders with us. We DO NOT sell chicks or pullets to the public. But, in RARE occurrences, we may have extra pullets from a commercial order that we sell at what we call a "small pullet sale". If we have a small pullet sale, we will start calling people on our list who've said they are interested in purchasing our extra pullets. We will pick a specific date and time and you will be required to pick them up at that time. You will also need to provide your own cage for transport. We never know when the small pullet sales will happen. It all depends on if we have extras from a commercial order. If you want to be placed on our call list, please send us a message on messenger. Provide your name and phone number and how many pullets you'd be interested in and we will put you on the list. The price of the pullets will depend on how much cost went into them. But they will range from $5.50-$9.50.
