1 oz orange juice
3/4 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup

Happy Cinco de Mayo!!! Made myself a cucumber margarita to go with my cucumber salsa!💁🏼‍♀️🍹🌮🪇
2 oz cucumber jalapeno tequila
3/4 oz Cointreau
1 oz lime juice
Muddled cucumber
Top with lime sparkling water

Creamy garlic scallops🤤 I used a deliciously smooth Pinot Gris in the sauce, so pairing it with that same Pinot! 🥂
The lemon notes in Pinot Gris pair great with the lemon in the cream sauce. This nice light white wine also pairs amazing with delicate scallops!

2 oz vodka
2 oz black currant liquor
1 oz coffee liquor
Top with ginger beer

Although Alexana is named after Dr. Revana's daughter, Alexandra, Lynn Penner-Ash and winemaker Heidi Peterson Barret are the kickass women behind Alexana wines.
If you're thinking about getting into oaked chardonnays, this is a wonderful subtle one to try first!!
