This has been a long road to get to this point, but it is worth it. We try to keep our products as local as possible. With beef from here at the farm, all the processing at Alta Vista Meats in Alta Vista who not only came up with the recipes but processed everything, the cheese is from Alma Cheese in Alma and of course the beer that inspired this whole process from Manhattan Brewing Company the Tasty IPA and Nitro Stout. Oh and did I mention the beef is fed with their leftover brewers grain helping to cut down on their waste and the cows love it! Thank you again to everyone that was involved in bringing this together. Contact me or the brewery to get them.
