Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375F 190C and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

- 1 1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 6 slices Swiss cheese

Instructions:

Ingredients:
- 10 thin, boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 pound of spicy Italian sausage
- 6 ounces of cream cheese
- 1.5 cups of sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/3 cup of green onions, sliced
- 10 jalapeños, fresh
- 36 ounces of bacon
- 2 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon of ground black pepper
- Barbecue sauce, for glazing

Instructions:
1. Begin by heating your smoker to 250F 120C.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Italian sausage, cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, and green onions. Set this filling aside.
3. Prepare the jalapeños by slicing off their tops and cutting them lengthwise. Remove the seeds to make room for the filling. Stuff each jalapeño half with the prepared cheese and sausage mixture.
4. Lay the chicken breasts out flat on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Season each piece with the Cajun seasoning and black pepper.
5. Place one stuffed jalapeño on each seasoned chicken breast. Carefully roll the chicken around the jalapeño and wrap each roll with bacon strips. Secure the bacon with toothpicks.

Cheesy Ground Beef Quesadillas 燎數
Ingredients:
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups of shredded cheese such as cheddar or Monterey Jack, or a mix
- Olive oil for frying
- Optional for serving: sour cream, salsa, guacamole, chopped cilantro

Instructions:
1. Heat a splash of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the onion until it turns soft and clear.
2. Stir in the garlic and cook for about a minute until fragrant.
3. Add the ground beef to the skillet along with the chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Continue to cook, stirring until the beef is thoroughly browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease as necessary.
4. Remove the beef mixture from the skillet and clear out the pan.
5. Place a tortilla in the pan, still over medium heat. On one half of the tortilla, layer a generous amount of cheese, followed by some of the beef mixture, and then a bit more cheese on top.

- 1 cup of sour cream
- Zest from 2 lemons
- Juice from 1 lemon
- Lemon Swirl:
- 1/2 cup of lemon curd
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- Raspberry Swirl:
- 1/2 cup of raspberry purée
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- Garnish:
- Curls of lemon zest
- Fresh raspberries
- Whipped cream

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Oven and Pan:
- Preheat the oven to 325F 160C.
- Grease a 9-inch springform pan.

2. Make the Crust:
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan.

3. Mix the Cheesecake Filling:
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, incorporating well after each addition.
- Blend in sour cream, lemon zest, and lemon juice.

4. Assemble the Layers:
- Pour half of the filling over the crust.
- Mix lemon curd and lemon juice; do the same with raspberry purée and sugar in separate bowls.
