π Ingredients (4 servings)

300 g rice noodles (vermicelli)
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 cucumber, julienned
2 carrots, julienned
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

500 g grilled chicken, shrimp, beef, or tofu
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp sesame oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp honey

3 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp fish sauce (or soy sauce for vegetarian option)
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 garlic clove, minced

3 tbsp warm water

π Prepare rice noodles according to package instructions.
