Meet Pearline, the new American Bitter from Method Spirits.

Produced and bottled in Upstate New York, Pearline is a bittersweet liqueur built around gentian root and citrus. It opens with bright grapefruit peel and pith, followed by firm gentian bitterness, a broad range of herbs, balanced sweetness, and a clean, lasting finish.

Like our vermouths, Pearline began with the bar in mind: a bottle with a distinct point of view that earns its place by being useful. It has enough character to anchor a drink and enough range to work as a modifier, whether in White Negronis, Pearline Spritzes, Martini variations, or countless original creations.

Bright, bitter, and made for mixing.

While we’re not sure the moniker “Martini Spritz” is entirely accurate, we do think this adaptation of the drink, The Method Dirty Spritz, is delicious. Perfect for tonight’s thunderstorm, all you need is:

1.5oz Method Dry Vermouth
1oz Gin (we like Isolation Proof!)5oz brine
Top with a dry sparkling w**e. Easy, adaptable, and delicious. Cheers!
