Compared to the previous report, hay movement was light as elevated transportation costs, wheat harvest activities, and severe storms limited market activity across portions of the state. Demand remained good. Producers continued preparations for second cutting, with early reports indicating favorable yield potential and improved crop conditions in many areas.
