People use these terms interchangeably. They are not the same drink.

❄️ Cold brew: brewed with cold water for 12–24 hours. Smooth, low-acid, naturally sweet, higher caffeine.

🧊 Iced coffee: hot brewed coffee poured over ice. Faster to make but higher acidity, can be watery if not done right.

Hot weekend incoming. Your cold brew is overdue.

If you haven't made cold brew yet this season — this is your sign.

Here's how to make a simple, smooth cold brew at home using Blind Bean beans:

1. Coarsely grind your coffee (about 1 cup of grounds)
2. Add to a large jar or pitcher with 4 cups of cold water
3. Stir gently, cover, and let it steep in the fridge for 12–18 hours
4. Strain through a coffee filter or fine mesh
5. Serve over ice and enjoy up to 2 weeks of smooth, bold cold brew
