Join us in the lavender field for an empowering Vinyasa class featuring the perfect blend of active postures and moments of stillness. Whether you're new to the practice or an experienced yogi, this class is sure to leave you feeling powerful, grounded, and restored.

Your experience includes a fresh or dried lavender bouquet. Please bring a yoga mat, water, and dress appropriately for the weather. Please commit to the rain date: Saturday, October 31, 2026 from 12 - 1 PM.

Emily is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher who completed her training with Jesse Cassady (The Grateful Yoga) at Wild & Free Power Yoga and Vida Asana School of Yoga. Emily is also a pre/postnatal yoga certified teacher through Island Prenatal Yoga. Link in bio

Our 3rd annual Holiday Barn will be October 31, 2026 from 10 AM - 2 PM. Come enjoy unique local vendors featuring Local Honey, Homemade Bread, 3D Printing, Pastries, Woven Baskets, Watercolors, Jewelry, Woodworking, Sewn Goods, and of course, all things Lavender!
