Inthewoods Sugar Bush LLC I am a maple syrup producer in Manitowoc, WI. I also make other products like maple sugar, maple leaf-shaped candies, and suckers. Feb-April, open daily 9am-5pm.

May-Jan, open weekends only.

Our tanks are full again! We will be boiling tomorrow morning! Stop out and see how pure maple syrup is made and get a fresh hot sample. The end of the season is close so stop in if you can, not sure how many more weekends we will be boiling. Our shelves are stocked with fresh goodies.

The sap has been running very good. All our tanks are full again! We will be boiling both days this weekend! Stop out for a fresh sample and see how pure maple syrup is made. The tank in the picture is one of many tanks that are full. This one tank will make enough syrup to fill 4743 of these pretty little leaf bottles.
