Roma tomatoes are ready to go! We have a number of 10lb flats ready but would be happy to box up larger quantities.

Now is the perfect time to make salsa, sauce and more for those cold winter months 😋

Farm stand has:Spring mix, kale, romas, cherry tomatoes, celery, radishes, potatoes, carrots, dragon beans

Prepare your preferred pasta-shells, elbow macaroni, etc. Meanwhile, chop 2 peppers and place in a bowl. Add a drained and rinsed can of black beans. Halve and add a pint of cherry tomatoes. Chop a red onion and add. Cook 3 ears sweet corn by microwaving for 3 minutes each. Cool then peel. Carefully...

Rest in peace, Wendell Berry, farmer, poet, and one of the most important voices for the dignity of farming, land, and community.

This week brings us some new tastes of the season. The nights are getting cooler and fall is in the air but the tastes of summer are still here.
