A huge thank you to Lesley, Bob, Christy and Debbie for running and watching over the store and cafe while we were away! We were able to attend the World Guernsey Conference in Australia and meet Guernsey breeders from around the world while touring farms and on farm processing plants! I will post pictures and more details from our trip in a little while!
Stop in today as we have fresh milk, cheese, muffins and speciality drinks! We are here until 1:00pm today and then our hours go back to normal next week!

Why Eden Valley Creamery Cheese?
Eden Valley Creamery is the creamery that Jenny was able to design and construct for Eden Valley Organic Dairy Farms, South of Buffalo. The farm gave Jenny the opportunity to design a creamery and store front that would be ideal for processing organic artisanal cheeses. She saw the project through by building the creamery while testing and creating recipes for the cheese, as well as processing once the creamery was operational.
Good Neighbor Gouda, Buffalo Roads Swiss, Homegrown Havarti, and The Farmer in the Dill were all cheeses Jenny created and produced for Eden Valley before getting married and moving to Tre-G Farms. These cheeses will forever be special to Jenny as the first cheese recipes she ever created, produced and marketed.

You can buy all of these cheeses in the store, try them on our sandwiches specifically created to highlight the cheese, or as a part of our cheese tastings! See you soon☺️
