HAPPY NATIONAL COW APPRECIATION DAY!
At Tre-G Farms LLC, we're grateful to care for our Holsteins, Guernseys, and Angus/Holstein beef crosses. They depend on us every day, and in return, they give us a life filled with purpose, hard work, and countless blessings.

Our dairy cows produce high-quality milk that we proudly ship to UNC Dairy Organic (Upstate Niagara Cooperative). From there, it becomes the fresh, wholesome dairy products that families enjoy every day. Knowing that the care we give our cows helps provide nutritious milk for our communities is something we're incredibly proud of.

Farm life isn't always easy, but it's a life we love. We're proud to raise healthy, well-cared-for cattle, produce quality milk and beef, and continue a tradition built on dedication, compassion, and respect for our animals.

Here's to the cows that make this life possible and to the privilege of caring for them every single day. Thank you to our family, friends, neighbors, and everyone who supports local agriculture. We truly love the life we're blessed to live at Tre-G Farms. ❤️🐄🥛

We're thrilled to introduce two authentic Mexican-style cheeses from Oakfield Artisanal, a premium single-source creamery in Oakfield, New York!

✨ Queso Fresco
A fresh, mild, slightly salty cheese with a crumbly texture and a clean finish. Sprinkle it over tacos, enchiladas, salads, soups, eggs, or roasted vegetables for a delicious finishing touch.

✨ Queso Oaxaca
Available by the wedge or as a traditional rope ball. This hand-stretched, buttery cheese has incredible melting ability, making it perfect for quesadillas, grilled cheese, pizza, burgers, and all your favorite cheesy recipes.

Oakfield is especially meaningful to us. It's where Jenny's mom grew up on her families Dairy Farm, and just 15 minutes from where Jenny was raised. Even more special, before True Whey Creamery became a reality, Jenny had the opportunity to work alongside the Oakfield Artisanal team, helping design the layout of their processing plant and assisting with equipment planning and setup. Seeing their vision come to life has been incredibly rewarding.

Now, we're so excited to bring their amazing cheeses to our customers! One of the greatest joys of True Whey Creamery is being able to showcase the incredible work of small dairy processing plants from across New York State. Here are our holiday hours for the rest of the week! Thank you for your understanding! Come load up on your cheese and meat for the weekend tomorrow or Friday morning!
We are excited to be a part of the National Guernsey Convention right here in Syracuse this week! We have the group coming to tour the farm and store on Friday afternoon (which is why we are closing a little early)
Jenny has grown up involved with the New York and National Guernsey Association, and a big highlight to her summer is being surrounded by Guernsey breeders from across the country

We now have our hard ice cream available to enjoy while looking at the cows in the pasture, rocking in the rocking chairs or right inside the cafe. We have True Whey Creamery Sugarhouse Joy and Serenity Swirl made by Gilligan’s as well as Gilligan’s Chocolate Cookie Monster ready to enjoy in a cone or a dish.
We also have Affogato’s available! The combination of Gilligan’s creamy vanilla ice cream and Milk House coffee Roasters Espresso is dreamy, you just might need two😋
