Ray & I decided mid-day Saturday since the Yellowstone & Old Elk were sold out, we wanted a second option to go with the Woodinville. We have added Oak & Eden: a wheated bourbon, 114 proof, aged with a stave in the bottle.

These will ONLY be sold in bundles.
One per person for the first week. If it sells like the Buffalo Trace barrel, and we expect it to sell better, it WILL NOT last a week.

These are our 3 oldest store picks, all dating from 2023. We have priced these FAR below our cost to move them. Pictured below is our cost. We are losing almost $25 dollars a bottle on the Woodinville, and $26 dollars a bottle on the Old Elk.

These are fantastic bottles. The Old Elk is EASILY top 5 single barrel we have picked. We even have a sticker on it that compares it to Weller it’s so good, but we have a dozen or so left. Woodinville is making some GREAT whiskey, but with less than 40 bottles of our barrel sold in 3 years, it just doesn’t have the name recognition to help it sell. We are happy with the quality of the whiskey, but disappointed in the sales. Unfortunately, not all great whiskey sells. We are taking the loss and moving on from these barrels to clear shelf space for new additions.

BONUS: Cream of Kentucky has released Small Batch, $49.99, and Cask Strength Single Barrel, $69.99. We have these priced near cost, with no limits.
Other previously announced sales (Heaven Hill Grain to Glass, Westland, ETC. will also still be running while supplies last.

We still have a few bottles of Heaven Hill Grain to Glass that is still priced at cost, $79.99 for the regular & $99.99 for the Chinquapin edition.

Westland American Single Malt Whiskeys: putting them $30 off did not help them move, so we’ve knocked an additional $10 a bottle off the core lineup, (Regular, Beer Cask $ Wine Cask finish) to $29.99, (normally $69.99) and $30 more off the Garryana & Solum Editions to $99.99, (normally $159.99).

A note regarding Allocations:

Ray & I are taking EH Taylor Small Batch, Eagle Rare, Weller Special Reserve & Blanton’s Original Single Barrel out of bundling with store picks. We’ve never been the biggest fans of bundling (even though it’s how WE are allocated bottles) so we are taking the opportunity to take only these products off that allocation method.

What this means: We aren’t getting enough yet of these products to keep them on the shelf all the time, but we are getting enough to have it out regularly. We have redone our internal allocations on these products: Less will go into taking care of regular customers - since they will be on the shelf regularly. Less will go toward bar accounts - since they haven’t been taking all the allocations we set aside for them, so these extra bottles have been, and will continue go towards keeping these products on the shelf.

There will be a limit of one per person, per brand, for the time being.

More allocations to us means we are paying less broken case fees (where distributors charge us extra for ordering less than a case - even though they won’t allow us to buy a case), so we’ve been able to pass those savings onto our customers as well.

Buffalo Trace Bourbon: These will continue to be limit 2 per person.

Note: These bottles are still allocated to us! We can’t order as much as we want, but we want to keep it as fair as possible for everyone, and on the shelf.

Harder to get bottles:
Weller Single Barrel, Weller CYPB, Weller 12yr, Weller Full Proof, Blanton’s Gold, Blanton’s Straight from the Barrel, EH Taylor Barrel Proof, EH Taylor Single Barrel, ETC. ETC.
