Unfortunately due to the risk of severe weather we are not going to be able to do an event that we have been trying to do for a few years now 😭. That event being the Palatine Park concert series. Fairmont we are so sorry and really wanted to be there but the risk is just to high on this one. Watch the sunshine now.
September we have two incredible events lined up. First is the 25th anniversary 9/11 event organized by our good friend Terry Vance. This event is huge bringing together but veterans and first responders. Terry please give some more details in the comments.
Later in the month of September we have been asked by Harrison County Parks and Recreation to join them for their Autumn Faire. We will be there selling turkey legs 🍗 and enjoying other entertainment that the Faire has to offer. Looking forward to seeing everyone once again.

The mission was completed this week. Big thank you to everyone that put money through our window this week. Bbq is a big passion in my life so getting to share it with you is one of the biggest rewards in my life. Thank you to the Mannington District Fair Association for all your hard work all year long to put an event of this magnitude on. Your hardwork doesn't go unnoticed and 94 years of Mannington fair is incredible. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to be apart of it once again. Austin Boylen thank you for being my right hand man this week and the weeks leading up to this. All the store runs and prep working leading up to this was instrumental in getting through the week. A very special thank you goes to your grandmother for all her hard work with the delicious sides that kept bringing people back night after night. Danielle Steele Enyart thank you for all the work you did at the window taking orders and helping keep things straight with the chaos that every kitchen has. To my awesome bosses and friends Damian Cobb and Laura Cobb thank you for the week off and then jumping in to not only get things set up but filling holes in the kitchen when things got crazy. Delyla thank you for all your hard work keeping things ready to go at all times and not being afraid to jump into any position in the kitchen this week. You were an absolute Rockstar. To my wife Chelsea Craw thank you for going on this crazy journey with me to bring great bbq to the area and all for being by my side this week. We have had a lot of long nights into this and you have been amazing every step of the way I love you more than anything.
Y'all this restaurant/ small buissness thing is not easy and definitely not for everyone. I have learned so much these past few years and I wouldn't trade it for anything. If this was our last event this is definitely how I would want to go out. Im honestly not sure what the future holds for Sweet P's but I have had a blast looking back over it all.
So for one last time from the bottom of my heart thank you so much for an incredible week and the opportunity to feed you.
