Well summer piglets are coming. Pumpkin today and Patty should be tomorrow or Tuesday! It is amazing, after hundreds of years of domestication, how successful they can be out in woods without any human intervention. After a rough winter farrowing, this was much appreciated!

We moved the original 5 out to the small brush patch between the horse pasture and road. They should have this tilled up and cleaned out just in time for us to plant corn and sunflowers on memorial day. Special thanks to our neighbors for helping us get it done before the weekend. See we do stay out late on a Friday night!

Anyone who reserves their spring hogs/half hogs will get our current pricing! We have never raised our prices, and have eaten all the input costs over the crazy last couple of years. We will always deliver the best meat at the best price, but our feed costs have gone up 30% in the last 2 weeks. We will try to do what we can, but the future is uncertain.

The butchering options are nearly endless!

My favorite Breakfast. Our chorizo with aged white cheddar and our eggs over hard. Usually served on home fries but were keeping this one
