I grew up in the rainforest and having a whole grilled fish was such a treat! I learned to eat it like that and get all the bones out.
Fast-forward to last week: We bought a cool metal grid and this was the first trial! IT FAILED but just because we didn’t measure it 🤣🤣 and my husband used the small grill and not the small. Anyway the fish was delicious!
