It’s hot out there! Replenishing salt when you’re out getting sweaty is important, but store bought options aren’t my fav (dyes, preservatives, and more. Plus, they don’t taste great.) But Homeade Gatorade is SUPER easy to make and tastes amazing! Recipe below:

1 cup warm water
1/4 cup fresh juice (I’m currently into lime!)
1 tbsp honey (more or less to taste)
pinch salt (I prefer Himalayan pink salt!)

Double or triple it and store in the fridge!
