This fusion of roots collided perfectly with its custom and traditions, and the kitchen was one of them. All my life I have tried to re-create those taste and textures that were so naturally created by my grandmothers. With their hands, they were able to create amazing, simple dishes using only basic seasonal ingredients that were found in farmer’s markets or in your own garden. I grew up knowing
that I needed to share with the world those dishes, so at the age of 24, I opened my first little restaurant. With my mind full of joyful memories, I delivered on the tables the best yet simple everyday dishes of our cuisine. I remember the people line up at the door of the restaurant, anxiously awaiting their table. I remember seeing them impatient, tortured by the irresistible scent and sight of our dishes coming to the sitting customers, making the wait even more intense. Within a few years I felt the need to expand and try new adventures for it took me to open:

In the late 90’s the face of our country, Argentina, changed a lot for most of us. We were forced to immigrate and try new adventures for our own good. I took new steps in my life and they brought me to the “USA, LAND OF OPPORTUNITY!”. I received a very warm welcome that I am forever grateful for. Today I’m happy to bring you my old customs and recipes for any who would like to try and taste.You will not find a work of art in my plates, the sophistication is found in the taste and pleasure of enjoying the dish. New sensations await you and I hope you enjoy them as much as I do every day.
