Part-Time Office & Client Support Position (Long-Term Opportunity)
We are a growing wellness practice seeking a reliable, organized, and tech-comfortable team member to support daily operations and client communication.
This is a long-term position for someone who values consistency, structure, and being part of a professional, purpose-driven environment.
This role is a great fit for someone who:
- Is highly organized and detail-oriented
- Is comfortable using computers, email, and online systems daily
- Follows instructions well and completes tasks consistently
- Communicates professionally and responds in a timely manner
- Is looking for a stable, ongoing position (not seasonal or temporary)
This role is NOT a fit if you are:
- Looking for a short-term or summer job
- Still in high school or have a highly variable schedule
- Unfamiliar with email, Google Drive, or basic computer use
- Needing extensive training on basic technology
Responsibilities include:
- Organizing and maintaining client documents in Google Drive
- Sending client protocols and communication through online platforms
- Assisting with preparation for client appointments
- Following structured checklists and systems
- Supporting day-to-day office workflow
Requirements:
- Consistent availability (weekday daytime hours preferred)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow systems and processes
- Basic computer proficiency (email, documents, file organization)
Position Details:
- Part-time (10–15 hours/week to start)
- Opportunity to grow into a larger role over time
- Independent contractor (1099 position)
