As the H.M.F.I.C. here at Cranky Boy's Brew Works, I am about to call "uncle" on the original Yuzu recipe. The acidic nature of this brew, will not allow the TF-6 yeast to colonize during primary fermentation. Not that I didn't try to resuscitate the process by adding more yeast and nutrients. No fermentation means no "buzzy buzz." (ethyl alcohol)

As this is a lesson learned, I will rewrite the recipe and start again with a new batch next week. Opting for a serious look at second fermentation for flavoring.

For those of you who are excited to try this beverage, you will just have to wait a little bit longer.
