Some fresh paint to get this house ready for the market! Mr. Palmer is doing a great job as usual.😉This room has always been one of my favorite rooms here. I love opening the blinds in the morning and letting the sun light in and my plants love it too! 😍🪴☀️

Do you prefer to eat out or eat at home? Here's another meal from this week! Stew chicken, rice, plantains and cauliflower rice for me and Lil Miss Palmer. We eat at home almost every night besides those late nights we were spending over at the land during the clearing process but back to normal now. We cook every night except Saturday and usually the husband and I only eat once on Sundays.

Another step closer! 🙌 This was sent to me by our electrician and he said it will be inspected tomorrow and then EMC can connect to it. After that we're just waiting on the water meter to be installed and then have someone run the water line from it. I can not wait to live on our land! 🥰

What do you think? Grass now or wait? I took this picture on a rainy day but as you can see we need grass. I was going to wait until our home was brought and the water line put in but I'm really wishing we had some grass already. What's your thoughts people? And if it were you what kind of grass? I know there are so many options out there now. 😬🤔
