EBE'z Sweet treats

EBE'z Sweet treats Bridgett Miller I have completed all courses in Wilton's cake decorating. I have done birthday parties ,baby showers, weddings, and even fund raisers.

I bake cakes, cupcakes, cake pops, push pops, candy suckers, chocolate bombs, chocolate covered oreos and strawberries, chocolate high heels and cookies. I use buttercream, fondant, royal icing and can make flowers with using fondant and gumpaste. I have also done parties for the work place and can do table settings and gift baskets for holiday parties. I have participated in 3 cake competitions.

After my neck surgery on Jan.19th,(give me about a month for recovery) I'm going to be baking again! I baked alot when I lived in California and I miss it.

I will also be baking and making some new sweet stuff that will be very little sugar or no sugar,less calories and more protein!So all of my diabetic friends can enjoy some healthy and less sugar treats!!!

Some examples will be

Gummy bears(also good for hair,skin and nails)

Donuts(air fried and baked)

Cheesecake
And many more and All LESS SUGAR,MORE PROTEIN and tasty!!!

Be patient with me please while I recover from neck surgery/spine fusion) Then I'll be ready to bake something great for you!!!
