For National Cheese Lovers Day we'll share some Feta that we make from our goat milk! The first picture is the cheese curd in the whey. The second picture is the cheese curd after it came out of a mold and was cut to go into a brine.

This is Jill. She is available due to her being a bit smaller than we would prefer for our herd. She's a mid-sized cow and threw a smaller calf which isn't what we personally are trying to breed towards. She was born February 27th, 2021, and she calved for the first time March 31, 2025. She is lower on the totem pole in our herd and doesn't cause trouble.

Here are a few of the calves we've had born in 2025. We had a total of 17 born which is crazy! 15 of those were sired by Avery. We have had 2 from Stan so far and are looking forward to many more! We also had 8 new first-time moms that calved. All 8 of them were born in our herd which is even more exciting cause we get to see the genetic improvements. We will be posting some cows/calves that are available shortly!
