I was asked to make a post after someone brought this to dad's attention. We aren't sure where this lady got her information from about us and being able to accept food stamps/ebt. We have not been approved yet, it is still processing. We were told it takes 4 to 6 weeks, and then someone has to come in and do an inspection to make sure we meet the criteria needed (certain amount of different types of foods). We are not picking and choosing who to sell to on the card, that would be incredibly dumb especially since taking ebt means more customers for us. There are a lot of regulars waiting for it to be approved, and I promised I would post when it is, and I am still planning on it! It's as frustrating for us (mainly watching dad checking the status daily or trying to call to see what's going on and being stuck on the phone forever) as it is for you guys, and I'm sorry it's taking so long.
Also, I want to thank all the wonderful customers and the people leaving reviews, it means a lot. We really do just want to bring Mansfield good quality meat at the best price we can!
Finally, I am not tech savvy and I have no clue where this post was made. If someone sees it, let me know how to find it so I can inform this lady.
