Good morning! Yesterday we practiced with fried chicken wings in our new fryer. They were such a hit, I decided to do them again today so that folks that were kept away because of the snow would have a chance to try them today.

Good morning on this last day of February! My how time flies.we have lots of plans for this week. Tomorrow in honor of Fat Tuesday we will be having jambalaya for lunch and a pancake dinner with store made sausage, bacon, eggs, and a muffin.
On Wednesday, in honor of Dr. Seuss Day we are cooking up green eggs and ham for lunch. In addition, we are also having tuna melts for our non meat eating folks because of Ash Wednesday. We’re trying to make this week as fun as we can!
