We are taking orders for winter and spring beef. We will be selling halves only. It will be approx 160 - 200 lbs. $4.50 lb hanging weight plus processing.

It will include ground beef, steaks, roasts, stew beef, brisket, liver and other cuts. This beef has had some grain finishing. We do not use any growth stimulates or medicated feeds.
