We've been BUSY here at Apple Blossom Farm!🐐🐴 The frame and roof have been put up for the animals' barn and now we need to anchor it into the ground and put some walls up. I'm so excited for all these ladies to have a safe and secure home (that I can stand up straight in 😅). Now. If someone could bring us some dinner, that would be great, because I can't feel my arms! 🤣

I may or may not have bought a horse from the Fort Smith Horse and Mule Sale on Saturday. 👀 She is the sweetest thing and I'm so excited to get to know her! They said she is 15 years old and she came with no name (which breaks my heart). I've decided that her name is Autumn. 🍂 At this point, she needs to be vet checked and I've been out of the game so long, I don't know who's who. What vet would you recommend for doing a vet check on a horse? I live in Mansfield, AR, so the closer the better!

Sorry for not being as active these past couple of months! We're actively melting over here. 🥵🔥

Anyways, the boys are enjoying their time cleaning up our abandoned garden. 🤣

If you guessed that we were going to get two goats and a sheep, you would be correct! 🤣

The tricolor/white buckling with the spots is going to be our new breeding buck. We've decided his name will be Atlas and we are SO excited to see the babies that he produces! Thank you, Willow Ridge Farms! 🐐

The black and brown buckling is actually our baby out of Miss Rosie Posie. We initially sold him, but the universe put him back with us, thankfully. It was meant to be. ❤️ Now he gets to be banded and babysit Atlus!

As for the sheep, we are testing the waters with this ram. For a while, we've been thinking about getting into sheep and he will give us an idea on how they act, how to take care of them, etc. We will butcher him in the fall, and go from there! 🐑

We have driven so much today, it's absolutely crazy - from Arkansas to Texas to Oklahoma, back to Arkansas. I'm pretty sure we've driven almost 400 miles and we are TIRED! Wish us luck with all these new animals, we will need it. 😅

🛻 We're going on an adventure! 🛻

Any guesses as to what we may come home with? 👀😁

I am taking Miss Olive to the vet this morning. She is just not feeling well. Any positive thoughts would be greatly appreciated this morning. ❤️

Today we had the chance to see the incredible Budweiser Clydesdales at Fort Chaffee for the 80th anniversary of Belle Point Beverages, Inc. 🇺🇸
It may seem like a small thing to some, but it truly meant the world to us. These horses are such an iconic part of our country, and we feel so grateful to have experienced them in person. Pictures just don’t do justice to how massive and impressive they really are!

Thanks Warm Springs Ranch for sending them our way. 😊
