Happy Thursday! We're just one day away from a very busy weekend downtown and we hope to see you at the distillery! Thank you again to the Mansfield News Journal for the great interview and article and for all our new followers. That said, let's clarify something....

YES...we're acutely aware that what we sell is a white whiskey and not "Moonshine" by the strict and technical definition . We get it. 🙄 Do we love paying the taxes and navigating the myriad of state restrictions and procedures? Absolutely not 💯 But we made a great product that we believe needs to be shared with people, and we wanted to change some people's perception of what moonshine is. Moonshine is simply a very recognizable term for what we make and our process and product is no different from any back woods distiller. Besides, Ohio Shine Co sounds a lot better than Ohio Un-aged Clear Corn Whiskey Co 😄 We also find ourselves very blessed with supportive families that enjoy spending time with us without navigating prison visiting hours. 🔒

So, we sincerely apologize to those we've offended 😏, but we make a damn good product that we're quite proud of and we do hope you'll come give us posers a try soon 💪 Shine on! (Or should we say whiskey on?😆)

Shoot! We almost forgot to mention and thank The Vault Wine Bar for becoming the 4th local establishment to come in and grab our product for their bar. So excited to see what they do with it! Go check them out when you're in Shelby.
