Chris Ward - In the early nineties Chris moved his family to Nashville Tennessee, where he was a staff song writer for Kicking Bird Music. During his time as a staff writer, he worked as a studio Demo Singer for song writers such as Even Stevens, Kim Williams, Dean Dillion, Erin Barker and many others. Chris was signed by the president of Giant/Warner Bros James Stroud in 1993 and released his debut album “One Step Beyond”, where in 1996 Chris’ single “Fall Reaching” made the top 60’s in Billboard Magazine. His song “See Ya” was recorded by Confederate Railroad and made their greatest hits album in 1997. Chris has toured with and shared the stage with many country artists over the years such as The Charlie Daniels Band, Daryle Singletary, Clay Walker, Mark Chestnut, Tracy Lawrence, Billy Ray Cirrus, Mindy McCready and many others. Curtis Ray Moore - Seattle singer/songwriter Curtis Ray Moore has done a little bit of everything throughout his life. The son of a Navy Chief has traveled and lived in several countries, worked as a crab fisherman in Alaska and a shrimper in Florida and worked in heavy civil construction throughout Northern Canada and the U.S. His sound infuses Americana with folk, country, and blues along with a unique experience of stories intertwined. He is a seasoned performer, having fronted several bands over the years. His voice is a mixture of Steve Earle, Bob Dylan, and Elvis Costello, like the sound of cowboy boots walking down a gravel road. He brings a distinct style on top of a meaningful guitar presence. Nick Mardon - is a Blues-Rock Guitarist and Singer from the greater Seattle area. Learning to play at an early age, Nick has been performing on stages more than half his life. Inspired by guitarists Jimi Hendrix, SRV, John Mayer, and Mike McCready, Nick plays his Fender Stratocaster behind his head and back as he delivers screaming guitar solos and soulful melodies on his originals and interpretations of classic covers. His passion for music brought him from Seattle to Las Vegas, Memphis, & New York. In his career, Nick has performed nearly 1000 live shows at venues including the Moore Theatre, Highway 99 Blues Club, Hard Rock Cafe, and many festivals, private events, and others. One of her favorite things when she was little was riding around doing errands with her dad, partly because that meant we got to listen to ‘dad’s music’. “I grew up around a lot of classic rock and classic country from my dad (some favorites still include Led Zeppelin, Queen, The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson). I am very grateful to my parents for introducing me to a lot of great music early in life; I believe that it has shaped my music taste over the years, and now it continues to influence the music that I write.” Join us at Vibe Cellars as we welcome this new artist to our Tasting Room.
