It has officially been two years since I started this little company with big dreams and some cake pans.2 YEARS!!! GEEK GIRLS HAS BEEN MY PRIDE AND JOY! I have moved about, started fresh, made things happen, and I am just steps away from living this dream.

On today's episode of what in the holy cheesecake is that ..

We will attempt what I'm calling the monkey cheesecake. Banana flavored cheesecake, topped with chocolate and a sweet PB sauce.

We're gonna love it or hate it. I'm gonna bring it over to the people I know will try it either way. Once it's done of course.
