Tom Thumb's Cookouts Most folks call me Tom Thumb. Let me tell you a little about myself. I love cookin' and would be happy to provide that same service for you.

I'm a Dare County native who grew up and worked in the restaurant business for over 30 years. My mother, Doris, better known as the "Dutchess", owned and operated the Dutchess of Dare restaurant for over 50 years. I call my business "Cookouts" not "catering" because I like that home-cooked, causal, family atmosphere.
