Tenisha, (aka Tiki), as a child became known as Tiki by her beloved Grandmother and decided as a tribute to her, she would name her first business Tiki's. Her love for cooking quality food gave her the idea to start catering and eventually open up her own Cafe. She takes pleasure in making sure that everything she cooks leaves her customers pleased and very satisfied.

This week I’ve been working on kids’ lunches and suppers, individual and family-size frozen HeatWave Pot Pies, packaging, labels, menus and everything in between.

I’m building Tiki’s Back In The Day one idea—and apparently several food containers—at a time. 😂💜

Back-to-school season is busy enough, so Tiki’s is taking one more thing off your plate—the kids’ meals! 🙌🏾

Introducing Tiki’s Kids Meal Prep, with affordable school lunches and heat-and-eat after-school suppers made for little appetites.

🥪 TIKI’S LUNCHBOX BASICS — 3 FOR $21

Our introductory menu includes:

💜 Turkey & Cheese Sliders
💜 Chicken Ranch Wrap
💜 Build-Your-Own Deli Box
Choice of meat, cheese and crackers

Each lunch includes a kid-friendly entrée and simple side. Individual basic lunches will be available for $8.

🍎 TIKI’S COMPLETE LUNCHBOX — 3 FOR $30

Each complete lunch includes an entrée, fruit, vegetable or snack, and a small treat.

🍝 AFTER-SCHOOL SUPPER PACK — 3 FOR $24

Our introductory supper menu includes:

💜 Chicken Mac Bowl
💜 Spaghetti Supper
💜 Taco Rice Bowl

Each supper will be individually packaged with simple reheating instructions. Individual suppers will be available for $9.

Because after sitting in school all day, these children come home hungry like they just worked a double shift. 😩😂

The internet has been talking about Texas Roadhouse, so I got in the kitchen. 😂💜

I recreated my favorite roadhouse-style meal: country-fried chicken covered in brown gravy, creamy mashed potatoes with more gravy, seasoned green beans, and a warm roll with whipped butter.

And yes, there’s gravy on the chicken AND the potatoes. We are not rationing gravy over here. 😂

Now be honest—did Tiki’s bring the roadhouse home? 👀

“Can I order the Sunday Supper Flight family-size?”

Yes—you can! 💜

Family Supper Flights are now available by advance request:

* Serves 3: $75
* Serves 4: $100

You’ll receive family portions of the lasagna, Sweet Heat wings or cauliflower bites, Cajun shrimp, Southern green beans, garlic breadsticks and banana pudding.

Because apparently trying to keep all that food to yourself is not considered “sharing with the family.” 😂
