A little finger weeding action in the organic corn today, this is our 4th and 5th pass in the corn trying to stay ahead of weeds! We plan to run two more cultivators the tine weeder and a flamer in the next 2 weeks before the corn is to tall! Busy season here!

Emergence, stand counts, cover crop termination, moisture, residue management, seed treatments and a bunch of other variables at play this time of the year. There’s always more to learn and the best way is to simply go out and take a look!

We’re ready.

After months of work, we’re opening the doors to our retail space for a soft launch!

Friday, March 27 & Saturday, March 28
8 AM – 8 PM
Facility tours available 6–8 PM

Friday, April 3 & Saturday, April 4
8 AM – 6 PM

Our regular store hours will be announced in April.

We’re working hard to have as many products ready as possible by March 27. A few items may still be in production, so if you don’t see something yet, it’s coming. Gift cards will be available.

Many have asked when we’ll begin accepting beef, hogs, lamb, goat, and wild game. We’re currently waiting on our custom rail system, built in Italy, which has officially shipped. Once it arrives and is installed, we plan to begin custom processing this summer.

We hope to see you stop in, take a look around, and pick up some good meat.

We appreciate the support. The excitement from our community means a lot to us!
