🟡 NEW BEER ALERT! 🟡 Xanthic is a West Coast Pilsner. This hybrid style is the best of both worlds - crisp and clean like a lager with the bold hop flavors of an IPA. Xanthic is made with Strata, Mandarina, and El Dorado hops, which provide hits of citrus and grapefruit. At 5.5%, this West Coast Pils is the perfect way to stay cool on a hot summer day.

🪞NEW BEER ALERT!🪞Narcissus is our latest lager - it’s a Helles, a traditional German pale lager. This beer offers malt sweetness up front, fading to graham cracker and biscuit flavors. Catch a touch of noble hop bitterness at the end. A Helles is all about restraint - unlike this beer’s namesake. Go ahead and stare a little. Narcissus won’t mind.

A year of beer! Pallet opened on July 2, 2025 - it’s been a whirlwind 12 months, and we’re so proud of our team and everything we’ve accomplished (and learned!) in this first year.

👑 NEW BEER ALERT! 👑 Royal, our latest hazy IPA, uses hops from Segal Ranch in Washington’s Yakima Valley. 3 Cone is a new hop variety for us at Pallet, and it yields huge hits of ripe grape and berry. The complementary Anchovy hops provide a watermelon candy finish that we all (or at least Eric) love. A touch of rye dries out the finish, begging us all to take another sip and keep the flavor train rolling.
