Grilled a couple of New York Strips (2 packs) but not sure what I was going to do with them. Started out thinking carnitas. Threw a few pieces in some eggs this week to make me a couple of tacos for the drive to work. Today I decided to make my breakfast for the week, egg and steak tacos with cheese, pico and roasted green salsa. DAMN I can’t wait for tomorrow morning!!!
