Our great Mushroom Experiment has worked....WE ARE NOW FUNGI FARMERS.....WOOO HOOOOO!!!!!
Yes I know they are tiny....for now. But they will grow. These are Turkey Tail, Chicken of The Woods, and Lions Mane mushrooms. Hopefully our Sh*takes and Red Reise Mushrooms will start pinning when the conditions are right. I will update our page when we have enough product to sell.

Jerasulem Artichokes aka Sun Chotes are an excellent edible tuber with a tall summer blooming sun flower, and insurance against famine. If you plant these in a sunny location where the can spread, you will always have a self propagating source of carbs (starch). We now have them available for planting or a culinary treat. Call for details. Will be coming to Mountain View with fresh duck and chicken eggs next Monday and can deliver.
