Last weekend for a couple and I am ready for a few "free" Saturdays and Sundays lol I don't think I've had a weekend "off" let alone back to back weekends off all summer!!
Beyond thankful to be able to cater the last backyard bash for some friends who have trusted us to feed them since our first year(all 4 of em now lol) doing this BBQ gig!! I'm thinking it was a hit after getting a message that they smashed it All before I was even done cleaning up back home😲😍💪👊🔥💨🐂🐖🐔 about 24 hrs of prep, smoke, deliver and clean-up at the trailer(still have to go back up after our canopy, warmers, table etc in the morning)...120ish lbs trimmed weight devoured by 125 people in 2 hrs lol!!!! Stoked, whooped and ready for a shower!!
One day this might just be a 365 day a year gig😉✌️🤙🇺🇲

Been a Busy summer!!lol I do apologize for those that have missed out on us doing "public" cooks but the "nail pounding" has kept us beyond busy and these smokers have been going almost every weekend this summer!!
I want to say Thank You to All of you who have trusted us with catering your Grad party's, Birthday's, Weddings, Fundraisers and Memorial services or just a family dinner or full on party!! Your business and belly's are appreciated!!
We only have a few weekends available through October so if you are thinking about what to do for that Octoberfest bash, tailgate party or whatever it may be feel free to hit me up and see if we can help and get you on the books!!

Sorry everyone...especially after all the messages today asking where we were and hearing about the other "BBQ's" that were out😳😒🫣!! Woke up feeling like I got hit in the side of my head with a brick and saw the weather coming so we made the tough decision to stay parked this weekend. Seriously humbled and honored at all the people reaching out today and am truly sorry we weren't out there!!!
Buuuuuuut....I have decided to cater some Father's meals if anyone is interested!!! Brisket, pulled pork, ribs, my "Not so Burnt Ends", smoked mac, baked beans and half ears of corn available!!! Hit me up for more details and prices!!

For all those asking when we were going to be back out with the trailer....Here ya go!!!
We will be right back where it all started 3 yrs ago!!! At the Three Rivers Waterfest this coming Thursday, Friday and Saturday!!!
We will be set up next to the Elks Lodge again(kind of away from the chaos lol) at 611 W Michigan Ave. We will have your favorites ready by noon each day and serving until 7 p.m. or we sell out!!! Don't miss out because our "nail pounding" schedule is insane and im not sure when we will be able to set up again for the public!!
Can't thank you all enough for the support with this little "side hustle"!! Look forward to seeing and feeding all of you that have been waiting and hopefully we can get some newbies hooked on this BBQ too!!!🔥💨🐂🐖🐔🤌💪✌️🤙🇺🇲

Fed 40 today!! Was told they were having a few friends over lol glad I asked how many today and had an extra brisket flat smoked, sliced and ready for em!!lol my few friends is like 4🤣🤷‍♂️😉
Don't forget we love to cater for anything from 4 to...400 or more!!! From birthday to graduation to anniversaries or any other kind of party!! Both personal or at your place of business!!
Love doing this BBQ thing and it's more about the response to it than anything!! Appreciate all of you more than I can say for the support, the addictions(yours and mine) lol, the encouragement, referrals and definitely your business!!!

What a wild 36 hrs lol eventful was an understatement but everything came together and worked out again!!! Feeding 350 people I know we didn't "knock it outta the park" for all of em but hopefully the majority will rule and response will be good 🤞😉💪👊✌️🤙🔥💨🐂🍽🇺🇸
